Police have charged a 50-year-old man with careless driving, causing the death of a cyclist touring from overseas, in Christchurch last year.
Ming-Chih Hsieh, 33, died after being hit by a truck on 29 September on Waterloo Road, in the suburb of Hornby.
The truck driver will appear in the Christchurch District Court next Monday.
Police are continuing their investigations.
