A man involved in a head-on crash on a one-way bridge near Nelson has died in hospital.
Grant McIsaac's van collided head on with a truck on a bridge on State Highway 65 near Maruia Falls last Wednesday.
The 67-year-old, from Wellington, died in Nelson Hospital on Saturday morning.
The driver of the truck was uninjured.
A post mortem will be conducted and a serious crash investigation is ongoing.
