A teenager has been arrested following the repeated burglary of a Canterbury school since the middle of March.
Police said he was arrested as a result of CCTV footage of a burglary at Waitākiri School last Friday when a television was taken from a classroom.
The TV was recovered by school staff near a fenceline later that same day.
A 16-year-old was due to appear in the Christchurch Youth Court today on charges including two counts of burglary.
