Police say there were enough goods to fill 12 shipping containers, two horse floats and several sheds.
They said the goods were found at a property on the Dairy Flat Highway, in an area where there had been a rise in the number of construction-site burglaries in recent months.
Senior Sergeant Andy King said it was one of the biggest finds of stolen property in the district.
He said it was a big process trying to return the items to the rightful owners.
"We are going to be returning property as much as we can, as quick as we can too, but a lot of it will have to go into police storage, safe storage, until we can identifying where it's come from."
A 43-year-old man has been charged with receiving stolen property, and an investigation continues.
