A man crashed his car into it a power pole at a train station this morning delaying the Upper Hutt to Wellington train service for a short time.
Police say the man crashed his car at Waterloo Station.
He was then picked up by another car and fled the scene.
No injuries have been reported and police enquiries are continuing.
