Police have identified the body found floating in Wellington harbour this morning but are not releasing it yet.

They said the elderly man's family was being advised, and a post-mortem would take place tomorrow.
Some members of the public spotted the body near Queen's Wharf.
Police said the circumstances leading up to the man's death were unknown.
