Lindis Pass in Central Otago has been partially reopened, after a crash closed the road earlier tonight.

Police, Fire Service and ambulance attended the crash scene this evening.
It appeared one car rolled off the road and down a bank, police said. Police originally said several vehicles were involved.
Some people were taken by helicopter to Dunedin Hospital for treatment.
One lane of the road is now open, so traffic is moving but there will still be delays.
Police urged motorists to be patient.
