A woman's body has been found in a car in the south Auckland suburb of Papakura.
Police were called to Alma Place shortly before midday and found the 54-year-old woman dead in a car. They initially said she was found on the footpath.
Officers were trying to establish how she died and were treating it as an unexplained death.
