Police will on Sunday resume a search for those responsible for two beatings in a gang related brawl in Gisborne on Friday night.
Two people, both gang associates, have been transferred to Waikato Hospital for treatment for head injuries.
One was critically injured.
The brawl happened in Dalton Street in the suburb of Kaiti at about 8pm on Friday.
Police say about 12 members of rival gangs were involved.
