Southern Wairarapa scrub fire put out

A scrub fire in southern Wairarapa has been put out.
At the peak of the blaze on White Rock Road, at Tuturumuri, south of Martinborough, half a dozen fire trucks and a helicopter were at the scene.
The Fire Service says they were called to the scene at about 10.45am on Tuesday.
The fire burned more than three hectares.
