Nelson police have charged a table tennis coach with two historical sex offences.
Bryan Keane is charged with indecent assault on a male and unlawful sexual connection, in relation to separate alleged incidents in 1987 and also between 1997 and 1998.
The victims were teenagers at the time of the alleged offending.
Mr Keane appeared in the Nelson District Court on 17 May. He is on court-imposed bail and will make a further appearance on 10 June.
