A driver is dead after his logging truck failed to take a corner and left the road in Bay of Plenty.
Police say the fully laden truck left the road on State Highway 30 near Te Teko on Thursday morning.
The driver died at the scene.
The Police Serious Crash Unit and Commercial Vehicle Investigation Units are investigating the cause of the crash.
