A man has died after falling into machinery at an industrial site in Silverdale, just north of Auckland, on Friday afternoon.
St John Ambulance arrived at the Foundry St address just after 2.30pm and performed CPR for about half an hour before declaring the man dead.
Police and the Department of Labour have been at the scene investigating.
