Five people injured in a fatal car crash on the Kapiti Coast on Friday which left two people dead, are still in hospital.
Wellington hospital says the two adults and three children are all stable. None are in intensive care.
Their car was involved in a head-on collision with another car on State Highway One, north of Paraparaumu. The driver and the passenger of that vehicle died.
