Police are investigating the death of a six-year-old girl after a quad bike accident in Canterbury on New Year's Day.
Police say the girl was a passenger on a bike being driven by her father when it rolled in Leeston.
They say the investigation is proving difficult as the family are devastated.
The girl has not been named.
