Rio 2016 Olympics - The lightweight women's double sculls crew of Julia Edward and Sophie McKenzie have finished fourth in their final in Rio.
It was tight race in the top three with the kiwis back in fourth, dropping further to fifth at the 1500m mark.
They were never in contention in the race and finished a couple of boat lengths behind the third placed Chinese, nearly six seconds behind gold-medal winners The Netherlands.
Obviously really gutting coming 4th - but it is what it is we just need to learn and move on - Sophie pic.twitter.com/KIYZMCEyjl
