Rugby World Cup organisers say Friday's opening ceremony has sparked a surge in ticket sales, with 40,000 sold last weekend.
A number of non-All Black games now look likely to be sell-outs, including Tonga versus Canada at Whangarei on Wednesday and Fiji versus Samoa at Eden Park the following weekend.
Organisers say they have sold a total of 1.23 million tickets worth $250 million for the entire tournament.
They need to get to $270 million to meet their target.
