Players criticised for bungy jumping

A former England rugby coach has criticised incumbent Martin Johnson for allowing his players to go bungy jumping in Queenstown.

Former coach Dick Best has told the Daily Telegraph he was surprised that while first five Jonny Wilkinson had stayed behind to practise his kicking at the team headquarters in Queenstown, seven players went bungy jumping and white water rafting.

Best, who coached the British and Irish Lions on their tour to New Zealand in 1993, says it's not something he'd have encouraged.
