The Central Plateau Sharemilker/Equity Farmer of the Year competition has been won by John Butterworth.
The 24-year-old is a 50-50 sharemilker on a farm at Mamaku.
The regional Farm Manager of the Year title went to Ian Nelson, who runs a Reporoa farm for the state owned farming company Landcorp.
The regional Dairy Trainee of the Year is Emily Fiddis, who works on a Tokoroa farm.
They'll all go through to the National Dairy Awards final in Auckland in May.
