One hundred and six tarantulas have arrived in Wellington to be sent to museums and zoos from Auckland to Otago.

They will also be part of a breeding programme in New Zealand.
It has taken more than a year and $15,000 to bring the world's biggest spiders from Wales to New Zealand.
Wellington Zoo will keep 44 male, female, and juvenile tarantulas, to be introduced to the public at future exhibitions.
