Nth Canterbury romney voted top lamb

North Canterbury romney sheep breeder Hugh Taylor has won a national award for producing New Zealand's best lamb from paddock to plate.
Farmers from throughout the country were invited to showcase their lamb in the 2012 Mint Lamb Competition.
The finalists were tender tested at Lincoln University and put to the taste test at last week's Canterbury A&P Show.
