The rural property market is seeing a lift in confidence.
Real Estate Institute figures show there were 25 more farm sales for the three months ending in November, than for the October period.
That's an increase of about 10%.
Farm sales for the year area also up by almost a quarter on last year and prices have also lifted.
Spokesperson, Brian Peacocke said there has been a strong finish to the spring selling season.
