The first regional final in this year's ANZ Young Farmer Contest is on Saturday.
Eight young farmers will have their business and practical skills put to the test in the Northern Region final at Barge Park Showgrounds in Whangarei.
The winner will be announced on Saturday evening following general knowledge quiz rounds and speeches.
