Sunshine brought the crowds flocking to the Upper Clutha A & P show at Wanaka on Friday.
The two day event, with more than 400 exhibitors, has grown to become the second biggest A & P show in the South Island, after Canterbury.
Twelve of the finalists in the Beef + Lamb New Zealand Glammies, the annual awards to find the best tasting lamb, are from the North Island.
The winners will be announced late in the day.
