The president and vice-president of the Horticulture New Zealand have been re-elected as directors for a further three year term.
A challenge from Turners & Growers managing director, Jeff Wesley was defeated.
Andrew Fenton, a kiwifruit and avocado grower from Te Puke and Brian Gargiulo, a South Island tomato grower, were due to retire by rotation after their current term expired.
Horticulture NZ held a postal ballot after Mr Wesley put his name forward for a place on the board as well.
Turners & Growers is the company lobbying the Government to dump the single desk marketing system for kiwifruit, with the aim of ending Zespri's export control.
