Student Job Search says there may be summer job opportunities for students in the rural community.
The organisation says more than 250,000 tertiary students are looking for summer work.
Chief executive Paul Kennedy says there are specific opportunities for students in rural areas. He says many students come from rural areas and have farming experience.
The agency says finding work for students is much harder this year than in previous years. It has received additional funding from the Government to find jobs.
