A record 99.7 percent of all wines entered in this year's Air New Zealand Wine Awards have been sustainably produced.
Across 16 different classes, 1420 wines entered in the awards have been produced either under sustainable, organic or biodynamic certification.
The gold medal winners will be announced on 10 November, and the trophy-winning wines will be revealed at a black-tie dinner in Nelson on 28 November.
