Legal moves by the receivers of 16 Crafar farms to have family members evicted from their home farms remain unresolved, after a further hearing in the High Court in Rotorua.
Receivers at KordaMentha are seeking a court order to have the family removed from three houses before the farms are sold.
Crafar family members are resisting that, saying they have tenancy agreements with their companies giving them the right to stay on the farms.
But their bid to have an eviction application struck out was rejected at a High Court hearing on Monday.
One of the receivers, Brendan Gibson, says conclusive evidence to verify the lease document is still being sought.
The matter has been adjourned again 26 October, when Mr Gibson says a date will have to be set for a full hearing.
