The chair of Fonterra, Sir Henry van der Heyden, has received an honorary fellowship from the Waikato Institute of Technology, for his services to agriculture.
Sir Henry was instrumental in helping set up the dairy giant nearly 10 years ago and has chaired the cooperative since its inception.
