Landcorp Farming says a new agricultural leadership programme it initiated last year is filling a gap in training needs for the sector.
The programme is run in partnership with the New Zealand Institute of Management.
This year's course, with 12 participants, starts at Martinborough on Saturday for a week. It began as a pilot last year,
