The Agriculture Minister for the past three years, David Carter, has kept the porfolio, along with Biosecurity and Forestry, in the Government's new Cabinet line-up.
However he has a new title - Minister of Primary Industries - and has taken on Fisheries and Aquaculture as part of that extended portfolio.
Former fisheries minister Phil Heatley is now Minister of Energy and Resources.
Stephen Joyce has taken over Science and Innovation, as well as Economic Development.
