The England rugby hooker Dylan Hartley has been cited for an alleged biting incident during his side's Six Nations win over Ireland at the weekend.
The offence carries a minimum suspension of 12 weeks.
Hartley was banned for six months for eye gouging in 2007.
England won the match at Twickenham 30-9 to finish second in the Six Nations championship behind Wales.
