Cooper Vuna benned following Highlanders Super Rugby match

The Melbourne Rebels wing Cooper Vuna has been suspended for two weeks for a dangerous tackle during the Super Rugby game against the Highlanders in Invercargill.

Vuna pleaded guilty to contravening the laws of the game when he lifted Highlanders winger Kade Poki in a tackle and dropped him to the ground with no regard for his safety in the 56th minute of the match in Invercargill.
