Crusaders beat Lions to move into top six

The Crusaders have staged a second-half fightback to defeat the Lions of South Africa 23-13 in their Super Rugby clash at Ellis Park in Johannesburg.

The Lions led 13-10 at half-time.

Zac Guildford and Sean Maitland scored the tries for the Crusaders with Tom Taylor converting both and kicking three penalties.

Patric Cilliers crossed for the hosts' lone try which Butch James converted, as well as kicking two penalties.

The victory is the Crusaders' third of the season and moves them into the top six on the table.
