Chelsea have held on to beat 10-man Benfica 2-1 in their Champions League quarter-final second leg at Stamford Bridge to seal a 3-1 aggregate victory.
Benfica dominated the last quarter before the home side sealed the tie late in the match and set up a semi-final with Barcelona.
Nine-time champions Real Madrid eased into the last four with an 8-2 aggregate victory over APOEL Nicosia of Cyprus, after a 5-2 home win in the second leg.
They'll now meet Bayern Munich.
