No room for Delany yet

The Highlanders have made just one change for tomorrow night's top of the table Super Rugby clash with South African side the Stormers in Dunedin.

The All Black hooker Andrew Hore returns to the starting pack and Jason Rutledge moves to the reserves.

There's no room for former All Black first five Mike Delany, who joined the Highlanders as injury cover this week but has been deemed not ready to play. It's hoped Delany will be fit to play the Blues following the Highlanders' bye week.

Chris Noakes wears the No.10 jersey with backup from the versatile Phil Burleigh on the bench.

Jimmy Cowan will make his 100th appearance for the franchise off the bench, the All Black becoming only the second Highlanders player to reach the milestone, following former captain Anton Oliver, who played 127 games for the franchise.

Hooker Rutledge will also reach the milestone of 50 games if he takes the field.
