The Highlanders continue to fly high, the southern Super Rugby side begins a two-game South African road trip this week, second of the New Zealand conference teams, and fifth in the overall standings.
The Cheetahs lie in wait in Bloemfontein first up and will be well rested after their bye week, so Highlanders coach Jamie Joseph knows it'll be a tough tour opener.
But he's glad the long plane ride will be fuelled by that winning feeling, after seeing off the Blues in a tight one on the weekend.
