Storm pushed all the way by Warriors

12:26 pm on 26 April 2012

Some errors late in the game have cost the Warriors any chance of upsetting the unbeaten Melbourne Storm in their National Rugby League clash in Melbourne.

The homeside pounced on Warriors mistakes to score three tries in the last 10 minutes for a 32-14 victory.

The coach Brian McClennan says it was disappointing they let it go, given how close the game was up until the late period.

The Warriors lost their dangerous fullback Kevin Locke only six minutes into the match with a chest injury.

The Warriors are just outside the top eight with just three wins from their eight matches.

Earlier, St George Illawarra came back from the dead with two tries in the last four minutes to stun the Sydney Roosters 28-24 before an Anzac Day record crowd of more than 40,000 in Sydney.
