Highlanders player cited for foul play

The Highlanders loosie James Haskell has been cited for alleged foul play during their Super Rugby win over the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein this morning.

Haskell is alleged to struck the Cheetahs player Justin Downey twice as he left a scrum.

The Highlanders came back from 30 points to 9 down to win 36-33.

Meanwhile the Lions first five Butch James has been banned for 4 weeks for dangerously charging into a ruck during their loss to the ACT Brumbies.
