Nash says coaching structure must change in NZ Cricket

The former international Dion Nash says New Zealand Cricket probably needs to go in a different direction when they appoint the next Black Caps coach.

John Wright will stand down after the tour of the West Indies in August.

Wright says differences he has with director of cricket John Buchanan were a major factor in his decision.

Nash, a former selector, says New Zealand Cricket should look at the coaching setup in England and South Africa.

Nash says there are no names that spring to mind for him at the moment.
