World Anti-Doping Agency director general David Howman says they are reviewing their rules and may increase penalties for athletes caught doping if there is enough international will.

On Monday the Court of Arbitration for Sport overturned the British Olympic Association's lifetime ban on drugs cheats, ruling that it failed to comply with the World Anti-Doping Agency's code.

New Zealander Howman says the BOA had wasted a lot of time and money with their appeal on lifetime bans.

However he says the issue isn't dead.
