Mystics beaten by Firebirds

The Northern Mystics have been beaten 56-43 by the Queensland Firebirds in their ANZ netball clash on the Gold Coast.
The scores were level after the first quarter but the Firebirds powered away to lead by 11 at half time and 16 after three-quarter time .
The Mystics also lost shooter Catherine Latu for a period in the second half with an ankle injury.
However while Latu was on she shot 20 from 20.
Earlier the New South Wales Swifts beat the Central Pulse 39-36.
Tonight the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic host the West Coast Fever in Tauranga.
