Rory McIlroy has swapped places with Luke Donald again at the top of the world golf rankings after the North Irishman's tie for second yesterday at the Wells Fargo championship in North Carolina.
The 23 year old American Ricky Fowler who scored his maiden victory yesterday, after a playoff with McIlroy and the American DA Points, is up to 24th in the world rankings.
The world's leading players are in Florida this week for the Players Championship, which boasts a field as strong as any of the four major championships.
