Roger Federer has breezed into the third round of the Rome Masters tennis tournament, coping with dust storm conditions and a fast start by his Argentine opponent.
Carlos Berlocq won the first 12 points of the match, but Federer won 6-3 6-4 to book a meeting with the Spanish veteran Juan Carlos Ferrero.
The world number two decided to play only after his morning practice session, carrying a few aches and pains after winning the Madrid Masters last weekend.
