De Villiers in Boks fold - the prop, not the coach

Pieter de Villiers have been added to the South African rugby side's management team - but it's not the former Springbok coach Peter de Villiers.

South Africa-born De Villiers played 70 Tests for France as a prop from 1999 to 2007, and joins the Springboks as a scrum consultant.

Fellow former Test player Louis Koen also joins the Springboks' management team. Koen was a first five eighths who represented the Republic in 15 tests between 2000 and 2003. He's been appointed as a kicking consultant.
