The Wallabies need a new captain and playmaker after dramatic injuries at the weekend to their captain James Horwill and first five Kurtley Beale.
Horwill will undergo scans today after apparently tearing a hamstring in the Reds' dramatic 13-12 Super Rugby win over the Brumbies on Saturday night.
Halfback Will Genia is the current Wallabies vice captain, but flanker David Pocock is tipped to take over the captaincy.
And with utility back James O'Connor on the injured list, Quade Cooper has been included in coach Robbie Deans 39-strong training squad, in the hope that he'll be fit in time for the test against Scotland on June the 5th.
Cooper has only just returned to the game after his long injury breaking following the World Cup.
