The top-ranked American tennis player Mardy Fish has revealed that a heart condition forced him to withdraw from the French Open.
The world number 10, who hasn't played since March, says doctors describe his condition as a form of arrhythmia, which causes him to wake from a deep sleep with his heart racing.
But 30 year old Fish says his doctors have fixed the problem and he expects to be fit for Wimbledon next month.
