The starting 15 took shape at training Tuesday with possible inclusions for lock Brodie Retallick, halfback Aaron Smith and wing Julian Savea.
It's unsure if Ma'a Nonu or Sonny Bill Williams will start inside Smith.
Smith says the key to beating the men in green is to put points on the board as soon as possible.
