Cricket to move business end to Auckland

New Zealand Cricket has confirmed it's moving parts of its business from long-time base Christchurch to Auckland.

The NZC board's approved the relocation of its support services to Auckland as well as restructuring the business.

Chief Executive David White says the organisation's on-field cricket functions will remain at the High Performance Centre in Lincoln while the support services, including the commercial and marketing departments, will be moved to Auckland.

The new structure is due to be in place from the 3rd of September.
