Maldonado cops another grid penalty

The Venezuelan formula one driver Pastor Maldonado has been given a five place grid penalty for this morning's Canadian Formula One Grand Prix after Williams changed his car's gearbox.

The penalty was his third in the two races since his stunning victory in the Spanish Grand Prix last month.

In Monaco two weeks ago, Maldonado collected a total of 15 penalty places for a collision and a resulting unscheduled gearbox change.

The Venezuelan will start from 24th place on the grid in Montreal.
